This light touch analysis has considered the case file of the Report Harmful Content service from April 2021 to November 2022. During this period the service has dealt with 2,195 inquiries and has escalated around 33% of these to other services. However, in 87% of cases Report Harmful Content were able to encourage industry to successfully take action. The service also signposts a lot of inquirers to use the services offered by platforms to tackle platform specific content. Download the full report above.
