General Mailboxes
The email mailboxes for 360, BOOST, UKSIC Enquiries, Online Safety Enquiries, Whisper, and Online Safety Training will not be monitored between 23rd December at 4:00 pm – 9:00 am on 4th January.
ProjectEvolve – we will not be monitoring from 5:00 pm on 17th December to 9:00 am 4th January.
POSH (Professionals Online Safety Helpline)
Over the Christmas period we will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December, re-opening at 10am on Monday the 4th January 2021.

Report Harmful Content
Over the Christmas period our offices will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday the 23rd December, re-opening at 10am on Monday 4th January 2021. During this time we will not be responding to reports. If you or the person you are helping are at immediate risk of harm please contact the police on 999, otherwise, please visit the other sources of support section on our website for further advice and support.
Revenge Porn Hepline
The Revenge Porn Helpline will close for the Christmas break on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 at 4pm. We will reopen on Monday 4th January 2021 at 10am when the team will get back to everyone. In the meantime, our website has lots of advice on what to do if your intimate images have been shared without your consent; if you are being threatened with the sharing of this content; or if you are a victim of sextortion. There are also links to support services who may be able to help. It’s all here at: www.revengepornhelpline.org.uk.
Schools Internet Service
We will be closed from 5pm 23rd December, reopening 8am Monday 4th January.
Should a customer have a technical query/issue regarding their Schools Internet Service then the usual 24/7 support team will be on hand to assist on 0845 307 7870
