Media literacy refers to 'the ability to use, understand and create media and communications in a variety of contexts'. (Ofcom).' With more time than ever being spent online, improving media literacy among professionals working with children is a key priority of the Government’s Online Media Literacy Strategy, launched earlier this year.

This exclusive event will explore what media literacy means in 2021. Ourselves along with some of the leading professionals from TikTok, Professionals Online Safety Helpline, Ofcom and DCMS will share our latest insights, as well as useful tools and resources for professionals working with children. To find out more about the session, why not take a look at our event page.

We hope you’ll be able to join us for this fascinating insight into media literacy. Please note, tickets are limited so book now to ensure your free place!
