Not Long Until Safer Internet Day 2022

Safer Internet Day is fast approaching and it’s been so fantastic to see so many organisations and schools already showing their support! Right now, the UK Safer Internet Centre has received over 1,600 supporters for Safer Internet Day which is still growing as we get closer to the 8th February.

On social media, lots and lots of schools and other organisations are showing how they’ll be celebrating the day and spreading awareness around the theme of ‘All fun and games? Exploring respect and relationships online’ with children and young people.

Register your organisation as a supporter

Want to have your school’s name on the supporters list? It really couldn’t be simpler, just fill out the form and tell us how you’ll be celebrating Safer Internet Day. You can also check out what other organisations are doing as well.

Liverpool FC event

Yes, Liverpool are joining us once again for an online event that brings together the team and professionals from the UKSIC to talk about online safety. Last year we had over 6000 attendees and we hope this year to be even more! Join us on the UKSIC YouTube channel at 2:00pm.

Get all the messaging and graphics you need from the recently updated social media pack. As we get closer to the day, there’s guidance on how your organisation can join in the conversation about this year’s theme of ‘All fun and games? Exploring respect and relationships online.’

Download the educational resources

Whether you’re a teacher who teaches 3-7s, 7-11s, 11-14s or 14-18s, there are educational resources available to you. Not only that but there’s resources available for parents and carers and all packs are available in Welsh as well.
