The Revenge Porn Helpline and Report Harmful Content are developing a new out of hours support system for their clients to get interim support. To make sure this is as user-focused as it can be, we need your help to test it out.
This chatbot test will cover both helplines – Report Harmful Content and the Revenge Porn Helpline – both of these can potentially support victims experiencing a range of harm online. This is a first prototype and we value your feedback – good or bad – it will help to improve the service.

The link below will send you to a survey, and within this will be the chatbot. We'd really like as many people as possible to test the chatbot out and see if it provides a useful experience. Currently, this is not a live support channel and is intended to only be used for testing purposes.
