Birmingham plays host to a celebration of sport this summer with countries from around the world competing against one another and Barefoot would like schools to join them in helping to promote the exciting range of para sports taking place.
In Barefoot’s new resources, Game On! pupils will be challenged to create digital posters (Paintz.app for KS1 and Canva for LKS2) and websites (UKS2) to promote para sports and the athletes competing. The resources include video interviews with world and Olympic champion Paralympian’s talking about their sports, their personal performance highlights and their journeys into para sports.
