Michael Morpurgo returns to LGfL's ReadingZone Live on 6 July with a filmed interview and live video conference between LGfL schools hosted by The Grey Coat Hospital. LGfL have kindly extended the invitation beyond London and would be happy to accommodate a keen Grid connected school (or two!) from outside of London.
Michael's appearance on ReadingZone Live in October 2013 remains one of the most profound and memorable events LGfL has ever held, offering unparalleled insight into the writing process and the role of morality in his writing.
There is an opportunity for a small number of Grid connected schools to take a direct role in the event, hosted in partnership with literacy organisation ReadingZone, by joining and posing questions via live video conference. If you would like your school to be one of the limited number of schools that can interact via video conference*, please contact us.
All other schools can watch the broadcast via live webcast (starting at 2:30pm on 6 July) via this link.
See all the authors on the ReadingZone Live bookcase here (login required if not in a Grid-connected school).

*Only schools with existing Video Conferencing equipment and recent experience of using the equipment and managing the dynamics of a live videoconference will be able to participate directly in the VC. Schools taking part will be expected to undertake test Video Conference to establish the suitability of their set up in school.
