Digital Leaders 100 Nomination for Barefoot

The SWGfL Education Team are excited to announce that Barefoot has been nominated for a DL100 (Digital Leaders 100) Award! The awards aim to celebrate digital pioneers working within the UK’s public, private and non-profit sectors. Altogether 100 fantastic organisations, initiatives and individuals have been nominated across 10 categories.

The category in which Barefoot has been nominated, “Digital Skills or Inclusion Initiative of the year”, is for projects that have made a real impact in providing Digital Skills to communities. We’re happy to have our hard work recognised - bringing free workshops to primary schools and helping teachers understand the computing curriculum through our resources. To date, Barefoot has reached over 39,000 teachers and 1.1m pupils across the UK.

You can vote for as many nominees as you want. All you need to do is go to the DL100 Website and click “Vote Now”. You’ll need to enter your email address and then click the “Tick” under your choice(s), which are separated by category. Please be generous and thank you for taking part!
